With 17 years
experience with the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Review Committee (RRC),
spending seven years as a voting member and two as the Chair, Dr. DeRosa is
intimately familiar with the "specific program requirements" of both the RRC and
the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). He is
extremely knowledgeable as to the most common "citations" from that ACGME.
Dr. DeRosa can assist programs and individuals with the Accreditation process,
from preparing the Program Information Form (PIF) through the actual Site Visit.
18 years with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, with five years as the
Director and thirteen years as the Executive Director, Dr. DeRosa is an expert
in the regulatory and certification activities of the Board. He can
provide assistance with the application and credentialing process for primary
certification, recertification, as well as the Maintenance of Certification (MOC).
is also conversant on the structure and function of Orthopaedic Departments in
both State and Private Universities and Hospitals. If you or your
